Olivia plunkett, MSW, LCSW
outpatient therapist
Life can be challenging — full of changes, stress, and moments of disconnection. You may find yourself feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to move forward. You’re not alone in that.
With over 10 years of experience in hospitals, schools, homes, and private practice, I bring warmth, curiosity, and steadiness to the therapy space. I don’t view people through the lens of a diagnosis; instead, I focus on the full picture — your story, strengths, and the ways your mind and body have learned to protect you. Many symptoms aren’t signs of weakness, but signals from a nervous system trying to keep you safe.
My approach is relational, compassionate, and grounded in nervous system understanding. I draw from Polyvagal-Informed Therapy, IFS, ACT, and DBT to help clients move from patterns of protection toward greater calm, confidence, and connection.
I work with children (6+), teens, and adults — both in-person and virtual — with primarily daytime availability. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from West Chester University in 2016 and completed advanced training in Polyvagal-Informed Therapy with Deb Dana.
No matter where you are in your journey, I aim to offer a safe, steady, and welcoming space where all parts of you are seen and supported.
